- Monday 5.30am (Boxing Technique) and 5.30pm Boxing (Fitness & Conditioning)
- Wednesday 5.30am (Boxing Fitness & Conditioning) and 5.30pm (Boxing Technique)
- Friday 5.30am (Technique & Conditioning) and 5.30pm (Technique & Conditioning)
- Saturday 6:00am (Technique, Ring Generalship, Movement and Sparring Drills)
Tuesday and Thursday you have a cardio conditioning program to complete at your own convenience throughout the day (5am – 11am or 4pm – 7pm)
